4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the business cards and information you upload. By uploading content you confirm that you have the legal right to store and use that information.

You agree NOT to:

- Upload malware
- Spam
- Harass others
- Upload copyrighted material without permission
- Attempt to hack the platform
- Use the service for unlawful purposes

Your uploaded business cards remain associated with your own account. We do not intentionally share your private data with other users.

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. However no online service can guarantee 100% security.
8. Backup Responsibility
Although we strive to provide a reliable service, users should maintain their own backups of important contacts. BusinessZindagi CardVault is not responsible for data loss caused by user error, hosting failures, technical failures, cyber attacks, internet outages, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Service Availability
