The Ministry of MSME makes participation easier through subsidized stalls and a streamlined process:

✅ Step 1: Eligibility

  • Must have valid Udyam Registration before the cut-off date (usually August 31).

✅ Step 2: Application

  • Apply online at my.msme.gov.in.
  • Route your application through the nearest MSME-DI (Development Institute).
  • Submit:
    • Udyam Certificate
    • Demand draft (50% of stall rent for general category)
    • Passport copy of representative
    • Proof for SC/ST/Women/NER category (if applicable)

✅ Step 3: Stall Allocation

  • Standard stall size in MSME Pavilion: 6 sqm (shell type)
  • Additional space can be booked on pro-rata basis

  • Decorate your stall, present your best products, and interact with visitors from across India and beyond.

Subsidy & Financial Support for MSMEs

One of the biggest advantages of participating through DCMSME is the financial subsidy.

    • 50% stall rent subsidy
    • 75% reimbursement of economy airfare for one representative
    • Subsidy capped at ₹1.25 lakh
  • Women, SC/ST, North-East Region MSMEs
    • 100% stall rent subsidy
    • 100% airfare reimbursement
    • Subsidy capped at ₹1.25 lakh
